I just wanted to share this with you, tumblr. This was in a new lingerie shop at the mall. I took a picture because I knew that a lot of you would be pleased, as I was.
Real-person-shaped mannequins? Love it!
Take a step back. Not “real-person-shaped”, but differently shaped. The women who are are the same size as the mannequins are also real people, and real women.
Phrasing, gotta love it.
^Good point! My bad! What I meant was that it was nice to see a variety. But you’re right; people who are shaped/sized like mannequins are as valid and real as people who are not.

A ton of people have asked for a workout for the thighs. So here’s a quick one! If once through doesn’t have your legs burning, repeat the whole thing.
summer-in-june requested a workout for the butt! So here’s an easy one that you can add dumbbells to to make harder. Feel free to repeat the whole workout 2-3 times through to really work!
An abs workout!
- Jack Knife Sit-Ups
- Russian Twists
- Plank and Side Plank
- Full Bridge (also known as Upward Bow in yoga)
- Bicycles
- Cobra Stretch
As requested by sausage-and-beans! You’ll need a dumbbell (or jug of water, gallon of milk, etc.) for the side bends, but that’s it.
